Lesley is Fithnotherapy's Director of Therapeutic Services.

Lesley uses a combined approach of hypnotherapy and counselling to increase positivity, encourage motivation and identify any 'blocks' that may be preventing her clients achieving the health and life successes they desire. Hypnotherapy allows Lesley's clients to enlist the help of their unconscious mind, whilst counselling provides a safe environment to explore any unresolved issues. Often stress, anxiety and difficult emotional issues can prevent you from attaining and maintaining your ideal body shape however hypnosis enables you to focus your attention internally and reassess resources, create positive new associations and patterns of thinking and behaving.

Hypnotherapy is a very natural and yet powerful technique of focused relaxation that enables the unconscious mind to be open and receptive to positive suggestions. Edd is Fitnotherapy`s Physical Specialist Personal Trainer.

Edd has a keen interest in using free weights, full body exercises and specific cardio training to achieve fantastic body shape and tone for his clients. Edd offers a full body workout program that includes weights to load all the muscles of the body which will maximise the metabolic response and helps you shape up all those annoying areas whilst making you feel stronger and fitter all over. Edd`s specific and structured cardiovascular training will complement your weights training but will also be extensively varied intensity and duration, thereby limiting de-toning and muscle wasting.

This ultimate combination is guaranteed to get you to your goal of having a fit, toned body with a fantastic shape.

Edd actively researches the latest information on weight loss and conditioning and combines it with periodised progressive plans to enable his clients assured results. Guy is Fitnotherapy's Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultant.
