I'm Lesley Bennett, founder and director. I work in private practice providing hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and well-being consultancy to individuals for a wide range of issues.

I am a qualified Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist and operate a safe, professional, confidential and respectful service to people that wish to make changes to their lives. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)  and The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) .

Working on either a long-term or short-term basis, I help my clients to access their inner resources in order to work through their issues and reach their goals in life. I work with people from all different professions and walks of life from children and young people to teachers, solicitors, actors, actresses and sports professionals. 

I am a registered practitioner of the General Hypnotherapy Register and a member of the British  Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer sessions at clinics in Altrincham, Lymm, Sale and  Gatley and also at Wellness International adidas UK Ltd in Hazel Grove, Cheshire. In addition to one-to-one sessions I run group stress management programmes and courses in relaxation techniques within the community and professional organisations.
